Our story
From the family behind Del Pueblo Communities comes Land & Homes Arizona.
Since 1982, Del Pueblo Communities and its affiliates have entitled land, developed commercial and residential lots, built attached and detached homes, and developed neighborhood shopping centers across the Phoenix metro area.
Banks have engaged DPC to liquidate over $40M of distressed real estate, and from 2010 to 2013 the company acquired, refurbished and sold close to 400 single-family homes and 700 pre-platted lots in Maricopa and Pinal Counties.
Led by Pat Lannan and his son Kelly, Land & Homes Arizona brings that same land and building know-how to factory-built homes—so you get a team that understands zoning, lots and construction, not just the house.

Pat Lannan
Founder · Del Pueblo Communities
Pat has led Del Pueblo Communities’ land, development and homebuilding work in Arizona for more than four decades.
Kelly T. Lannan
Vice President of Development
With the company for 25 years and VP of Development since 2011, Kelly guides projects from escrow and entitlement through construction and closing—including manufactured homes and duplexes. An Arizona native and ASU graduate, he speaks conversational Spanish on jobsites and has supported at-risk youth with the Scottsdale Saguaros since 2013.
