What you can choose, who sets the home, and why you buy through a licensed dealer.
Can I customize it?
Yes. Floor plan, interior finishes, exterior siding and color, and accessible-design features are typically chosen when you order. Exact options depend on the Champion floor plan.
Can I install it myself?
No. In Arizona, setting a home, connecting utilities, placing it on its foundation system and anchoring it requires a licensed installer (license classes I-10C, I-10D or I-10G). Licensees also can't knowingly hand that work to someone unlicensed.
Can I buy straight from Champion?
No. Arizona requires a dealer license to sell or broker manufactured homes, and factory-direct sales to consumers aren't permitted. Land & Homes Arizona is the licensed dealer that handles your sale, customization, delivery and installation coordination.
